All tickets enter via Gate A, which can be accessed via Maurice Road. Stadiums staff, volunteers and wayfinding signage will assist you with directions upon arriving at the venue.

If you wish to purchase alcohol then you must bring photo ID with you. Nationally recognised forms of identification include:

	<li>a current New Zealand driver licence</li>
	<li>a Hospitality NZ 18+ Card. Note: new 18+ cards are no longer available but existing 18+ cards continue to be valid ID for 10 years from the date of issue.</li>
	<li>a Kiwi Access Card. Note: this Hospitality NZ card replaces the 18+ Card and is available for both NZ nationals and foreign visitors.</li>

The ID document must be current and include a photo of the person and their date of birth.

What are the Road Closure and Parking Restrictions for the event?

All patrons for this event will enter via the Maurice Road entry gate. Our friendly volunteers are available to assist any patrons with accessibility needs.

Whether it&#39;s a helping hand, mobility assistance or directions to your seat - look out for our accessibility&nbsp;volunteers in their blue hi vis jackets if you need assistance at any time.

Where is the best place to enter if I'm an accessibility patron?

There is no onsite parking for this event. Parking is available on the streets surrounding Go Media Stadium (please be aware that some streets may be&nbsp;closed for the event delivery). Parking on private property is at your own risk.

Is there general parking available?

Yes, there is a dedicated accessibility&nbsp;parking area located on Beasley Avenue&nbsp;- this will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be available to mobility permit holders.

Is there accessibility parking available?

Yes. Unless specifically stated the event will take place in the rain. Lilyworld and Go Media Stadium are predominately uncovered so please be prepared for all weathers with sun screen, a hat, poncho or raincoat should wet weather be forecasted.

Will it go ahead if it's raining?

No, umbrellas are not permitted into the concert area.

Can I bring an umbrella?

No, the gates do not close, you can arrive at any time you wish.

Do the gates close at any particular time?

Small quantities of home-prepared food, including sandwiches or snacks may be brought into the venue. Any commercially prepared external food cannot be brought into the event as per our&nbsp;<a href="https://www.aucklandstadiums.co.nz/visitor-info/conditions-of-entry">conditions of entry.</a> We will have a variety of food vendors open on the day to purchase food or drinks from.

Please do not bring eskies, picnic blankets or baskets, folding chairs, glass containers, knives and any other bulky or sharp items. Security guards will be checking bags at the gate and will confiscate prohibited items.

Can food be brought into the event? What if I have a food alergy?

Medication may only be brought into the event under the following conditions:

	<li>with a label or additional script that matches the ticketholder ID name</li>

Is there a dress code?

Banners, flags (without poles) and posters made from soft materials such as cloth, cardboard or paper are permitted. Signs should not be larger than A1 in size and&nbsp;must not obstruct the view of other patrons.

Larger banners and flags with poles will only be allowed into the venue once they have been reviewed and approved by the stadium security team&nbsp;before arrival to the gate.
